The Heights is located at 3900 West 7th Street in the heart of Ft Worth’s Cultural District. We’re just off Camp Bowie and within walking distance to West 7th Street.

When is the leasing office open?

The property is managed off-site by a professional management company. Routine inquires are answered Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Urgent property issues will be addressed by management immediately. Yes, we are on only local apartments to provide covered reserve parking for our tenants.

At The Heights, we offer one, and two bedroom options so you can find the fit that’s right for you.

We have a 24-hour on-site clothes care center.

Do you have a maintenance staff?

Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, the security deposit is $500.

How do I pay rent?

For you convenience we’ve established a custom on-line tenant portal for each resident. This allows you to pay on line for your security and ease.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 3rd. Rent is late on the 4th.

How do I apply for an apartment?

You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking “apply now” at the top of this page. Fill out and submit your application. You can even complete the lease for your new apartment online! We are also available on-site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.
